I just wanted to say thanks for the painless installation and that I'm VERY happy with my new connection! I was on ADSL before and barely got 1mb internet now I get 6mb!
The installers did a great job and put all the wires neatly down the side of the house and put a nice box on the side of the wall!

After several years of using Village Networks as our sole broadband provider, I'm happy to report that the service has been more reliable and has consistently provided faster broadband than the phone-based equivalent we had previously from BT. As we are now moving house, I called to let you know and realised, this is only the 2nd time I've spoken to you. I'm therefore happy to report that we have been more than happy with the service quality, but I've no idea what the support is like, as we never had to use it!
